     Whether your theme is classic, whimsical, vintage or minimalist ~ picturesque views and unique garden spaces can fulfill your outdoor ceremonial dreams

~Our stunning Mountain View located on a gently sloping, grassy lawn accommodates groups from 70-200, or more, depending on set-up.

~For more intimate settings, the North Lawn nestled between the main house and several colorful garden areas can accommodate as many as 50-70 people with room for your reception.

~The shady, quiet Woodland and informal Alle'e garden areas will accommodate the smallest of joyful gatherings.

Birdsong Pleasure Garden offers our private gardens to you and your guests for the day of your event.  Receptions are welcome by inviting your favorite caterer.

Please consider always using  "eco-friendly" vendors and event supplies.

Price Packages for Weddings and Renewals:

*$1000-$2,500; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays (10am -10 pm),

  Depending on date, time,  and guest count. 

*Mondays - Thursdays also available.

*$50 "Hold the Date", non-refundable.  

*$300 Security Deposit, refundable, depending on clean-up and/or damages.

Where can guests stay in the area?

There are a vast number of Hotels, Inns, BnB's, and Cabins in Page Valley. 

The Chamber of Commerce will list many of the area's accommodations on their website.

Do I need to sign any contracts or agreements?

Yes, signing an agreement will "spell out" what is expected on both sides. 

After deciding to have your event here, we will take a few minutes to go over a list of: "Big Points" such as:  Day-of Coordination, Communications Clause, Fee and Payment Schedule, Damage and Infraction Deposit, Insurance, Restoration and Uncontrollable Circumstances Information. You will be given copies of all paperwork.

Is Birdsong Pleasure Garden insured? 

Yes, we have liability and insurance coverage.  We do require that you contact your insurance provider to purchase a single-day event policy, especially if you intend on offering alcohol to your guests. 

Does Birdsong Pleasure Garden have an alcohol policy?

We require that through your caterer you hire a licensed bartender that will serve all alcoholic drinks – beer, wine and spirits.  Please contact the VA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control to verify the need for licensing for your event. https://www.abc.virginia.gov/licenses/get-a-license/permits

BYOB, self-serve alcohol, drinking in vehicles, and underage drinking is NOT allowed.

Can Birdsong Pleasure Garden recommend any vendors?

There are several very good vendors and caterers in Page Valley we could recommend.  Or you are welcome to hire your favorite licensed and insured vendor for your catering, florist, photographer, or officiant, needs.

We suggest that you hire a professional wedding day coordinator who will ensure a well-planned and

well-executed wedding day.  Your special day should be fun for you and your guests. 

Having a professional coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly and you can enjoy the day.

Are there any special restrictions while at Birdsong Pleasure Garden?

What is not permitted is: excessive alcohol consumption; noise after 10 pm; open flame cooking or candles; fireworks, glitter, silly string, or helium balloons.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, no overnight parking,

Dog owners are responsible for their leashed pet.

Does Birdsong Pleasure Garden specialize in any particular events?

Yes, we have many favorite events we enjoy...Surprise Proposals, Wedding Vow Renewals, Weddings, "First Looks", Garden Club Meetings, Business Meetings, Book Club Meetings, School Field Trips, Plant Sales, Mini Festivals, and others, have all been held here at Birdsong Pleasure Garden.  

We specialize mainly in Garden Tours, but we will be happy to have other events.

What can my Guests See & Do while in Luray?

Depending on your Guests interests...Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River adventures, Downtown Luray, Music, Dining, Antiques, etc., are all available in Page Valley. 

Touring our Gardens can also be a part of their day.
